Can be a single or double layer of ribbon. Single layer has white inside. Double layer has green inside.
Bow has been stitched to ensure it doesn't come apart.
It can be attached to a partially lined single prong alligator clip, a double prong alligator clip, an alligator clip with teeth, a french barrette, or a nylon baby headband. A no slip grip can be added to the alligator clips.
