This adorable little witch's hat is perfect for Halloween.
It is made with high quality grosgrain ribbon that has been heat sealed to prevent fraying.
It is about 1.5" tall.
You can choose band/bow color: orange, lime green, purple, or maroon.
You can choose between partially lined single prong alligator clip, a double prong alligator clip, an alligator clip with teeth, or a black nylon headband. A no slip grip can be added to the alligator clips.
