6" across and made of 2.25" ribbon with red/white stripes and blue/white star print.
You can choose between royal blue and navy blue for the stars. Pictured is royal blue.
Center has been hand stitched for extra security.

It can be attached to a large partially lined single prong alligator clip (no teeth), a 3" alligator clip with teeth, or a french barrette.
